These studies specifically compared raw milk to pasteurized milk and concluded that raw milk has significant health benefits over pasteurized milk.


The nutritional value of pasteurized milk compared to raw milk


Pasteurized milk is now known as one of the most important allergy foods. The scientific evidence against pasteurized milk is growing: for example a study of nearly 800 European children found that those who drank pasteurized milk were more likely to show signs of milk allergy while Milk allergy can be prevented by consuming raw milk. The pasteurization process denatures and destroys many nutrients so much that synthetic vitamins are added back after pasteurization.


The CDC believes that most of the nutritional benefits of drinking milk come from pasteurized milk and the heating process of pasteurization inactivates some of the enzymes in milk that scientists don't think are important to human health.
